I think some styles look fantastic! On the weekend just a few raised dark blue patent pumps. With the darkness, the very subtle, but still with the right equipment, pop.
It depends on what you want. I personally like, and I think if the team uses a sophisticated adult, then add a little fun with clothes without seemingly childish.
